Position Overview

This is a full-time, permanent role (37 hours per week) within the British Gas Customer Service division.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Credit & Debt Agent, you will play a pivotal role in our Residential Energy Division. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Addressing and resolving customer inquiries and complaints across a variety of products.
  • Enhancing customer retention and loyalty by delivering exceptional service while identifying opportunities to expand our business offerings.
  • Managing the complete resolution process for customer interactions, ensuring accountability and performance control.
  • Collaborating with specialists within your team to tackle predefined tasks on behalf of customers and colleagues.

Additional Requirements

When working remotely, a reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 10mbps for both download and upload is essential. You will also need a suitable home office setup, as we will provide the necessary computer equipment.
