Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse client risk exposures and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage limits to mitigate risks effectively.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with insurance underwriters to secure competitive quotes and coverage options for clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve client inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks to provide proactive advice and solutions to clients.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • Confident negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Experienced in working in a FCA regulated environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Providing quotations on all Commercial product lines, including Commercial Insurance, with customers demands and needs.
  • Supporting Account Executives with client policies, account management.
  • Dealing with Mid-term adjustments, issuance and renewals and rebroking.
  • Liaising and negotiating with Insurers and Underwriters on terms and conditions for premiums and terms and endorsements.
  • Up selling, sales, customer service and teamwork.
  • Working to targets and deadlines.
