Position Overview

As a Senior Credit and Debt Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our British Gas Residential Energy Division. This is a permanent, full-time position requiring 37 hours of work per week.

This role allows for remote work following initial training, with a requirement to visit the office at least once a month.


Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is £27,161, with the potential for an annual business review of up to 16%, paid quarterly.

Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 6 PM, with shifts scheduled within these times.


Training

Training will take place in our office for a duration of 8 weeks. It is essential to plan accordingly, as no holidays can be taken during this period to ensure optimal training support.


Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints across various products.
  • Enhance customer retention and loyalty by delivering exceptional service while identifying opportunities to expand our business offerings.
  • Manage customer interactions from start to finish, ensuring effective resolution without the need for transfers to other teams.
  • Collaborate with specialists within your team to tackle specific tasks on behalf of customers.

Additional Requirements

For remote work, a reliable broadband connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps is necessary. A suitable home office environment is also required, with a designated workspace free from distractions.
