Page Personnel Sales is seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join their team. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire credit control process, including debt collection and negotiation. You will implement effective strategies to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices and maintain accurate records of all credit transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire credit control process, including debt collection and negotiation
- Implement effective strategies to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices
- Maintain accurate records of all credit transactions, including correspondence and payment schedules
- Work closely with the accounting team to perform credit checks and risk assessments
- Liaise with clients to resolve billing and customer credit issues
- Update and report on credit control metrics to senior management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets
Requirements:
- Experience working as a credit controller
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of credit-related laws and regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- High level of integrity and professionalism
