Position Overview

As a Senior Credit and Debt Consultant, you will be engaged in a permanent, full-time role (37 hours per week) within our esteemed organization.

Compensation

The salary for this position is £27,161, accompanied by an annual business review that could yield up to 16% (paid quarterly).


Working Hours

Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 6 PM, with shifts scheduled within this timeframe.


Training Program

Initial training will be conducted in our office for a duration of 8 weeks. Please ensure that this aligns with any prior commitments, as holidays cannot be accommodated during this period.


Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will function as a Senior Credit & Debt Consultant within our innovative Residential Energy Division. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Addressing and resolving customer inquiries and complaints across a variety of products.
  • Enhancing customer retention and loyalty by delivering exceptional service while identifying opportunities to expand our business offerings.
  • Managing and taking ownership of customer interactions, ensuring a seamless resolution process.
  • Collaborating with specialists in your team to tackle specific tasks on behalf of customers and colleagues.
