We are on the lookout for a dedicated Contact Centre Agent to become a part of our vibrant Customer Experience Centre.

This role is a full-time office-based position, requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week from Monday to Saturday, following a rotating schedule.

Compensation: £24,232 plus OTE Bonus

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service
  • Background in service booking or reception
  • Strong sales capabilities
  • Proficient in computer usage
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Able to build rapport with customers
  • Capable of thriving under pressure in a busy call centre environment
