Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at House of Fashion Associates Ltd. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via email and phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer complaints, queries, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage a high volume of customer interactions, including phone calls and emails.
  • Align with internal departments to ensure customer issues are resolved within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Monitor and improve performance based on daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in an inbound call centre environment.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Microsoft Office suite and reporting skills.
  • Soft spoken and supportive demeanor.
  • Ability to type 40-60 words per minute.
  • Effective and proactive listener.
  • Hands-on experience with Freshdesk, Zendesk, Kapture, SAP, and Shopify is desirable.
