About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Boutinot Wines. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work closely with our logistics team to ensure seamless delivery of our products to customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum of one year's experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in using CRM systems and other customer-facing software.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on continuous improvement and excellence.
