Contact Centre Assistant

Do you want to be part of our call handling team in helping deliver excellent patient and customer care at University College Hospital London? If so there are roles available in the Patient Booking Service based at Euston Road NW1 2PG.
As well as full time posts there are opportunities in the future for flexible working when we extend our opening times to meet the needs of the service. You will also be involved in a working from home roster.
You will need to be able to communicate well, have a positive can do attitude and put customer care at the centre of what you do.
This is a great opportunity to start in the NHS and gain good administrative skills.
