**Contact Centre Executive responsibilities**:

- Amendment and cancelation of customer bookings
- Maintain an accurate and thorough knowledge of the product by attending all tours
- Problem-solving, resolution of customer issues, and response to to reviews or complaints
- Develop of relationships with suppliers, travel agents, tour guides, guests and colleagues
- Supporting the operations team dealing with emergencies, departures and liaison with tour guides and drivers

**Contact Centre Executive Experience required**:

- Fluent English speaker (written and spoken English)
- Additional languages would be a bonus
- Office administration and Microsoft computer skills
- Travel or hospitality industry experience - highly regarded
- Knowledge of London and attractions an advantage, but not essential

**Contact Centre Executive Additional Information**:

- Option to be office-based, hybrid (home/office) or fully home-based - Office is a vibrant working environment
- Lots of staff social events through the year
- Lots of opportunity to travel
- Office is open 7am - 7pm. Shifts vary to cover these hours. 1 weekend day to be worked every other weekend.
