We are a family-run business based in Ashford Kent that has been selling, servicing, and maintaining garage equipment for over 40 years. In this time, we have built a reputation for excellence in the industry.
- design and maintain company website
- Maintain company social media
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Maintain office filing systems and ensure proper organization of documents
- Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing, purchasing, quotations.
- Maintain service history and calibrations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of basic HR practices and procedures
- Familiarity with Sage
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £11.00-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Flexitime
- Monday to Friday
