Job Introduction
Landmarc are currently looking for an Operations Room Administrator to join our team at Wathgill Camp near Richmond in North Yorkshire.

You will be responsible for carrying out duties as required, this will mainly include administrative support and use of radio communication equipment, talking to stakeholders across the estate.

You will ideally have knowledge of working on military ranges and be happy to work on a shift basis, including weekends and nights - the shifts will be 12 hours long and be based.

The shifts will be 2 days on and then 2 nights on, with 4 days off.

Main Responsibilities
Office and administration skills

Demonstrate proven track record of achieving objectives to set standards

Ability to follow processes within time constraints

Ability to use bespoke and off the shelf software packages

Good telephone manner and able to deal with demanding customers

Able to work under pressure at times of importance

Work within a rota of 24/7 (12hr) day/night shift system

Use of radio communication equipment

Knowledge of emergency response procedures

Knowledge of mapping and grid systems

Ability to operate office and communications equipment effectively

Computer literate

A good level of numeracy and literacy

Proven admin or support services experience

Previous working knowledge of communicating with stakeholders

Treats people in a fair and consistent way

Is open and honest with people

Demonstrates energy, enthusiasm and passionate commitment to the business

About The Company
Landmarc provides the support services that enable Armed Forces from around the world to prepare for frontline military operations across the UK Defence Training Estate (DTE). This includes maintaining and delivering safe and sustainable infrastructure, managing and operating training areas and ranges and delivering multi-million pound projects to improve vital training assets.
