Well established, award winning design and build company, requires an Administrator to assist with the administration, purchasing and accounts support for 4 showrooms.

To be successful in the role of Operations Administrator you will be responsible for:

- Receiving purchase orders from the team and inputting into Xero (accounting software) for approval.
- Sending Purchase orders to suppliers and track through to invoice stage.
- Liaising and building relationships with suppliers.
- Matching invoices with statements ready to pass over to Finance Manager for payment.
- Managing the admin of 5 x company vehicles, organising MOT, breakdown cover, parking permits and the payment of parking tickets.
- Managing the admin of company phones checking the monthly statements for the Finance Manager and the main company phones.
- Liaising with company IT specialist when required
- Reconciling 2 monthly credit card statements for the Finance Manager
- Reconciling utility bills for the 5 showrooms and workshop.
- General admin such as ordering office stationery, booking a courier, organising samples
- Helping with the managing of employee expenses

To fulfil the role of **Operations Administrator **you will have:

- Good Excel skills
- Good technical ability i.e be able to set up new systems docusign, mobiles etc.
- Excellent organisation and communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
