**Reporting to**:
The Office Manager

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Previous office experience essential (minimum 3 years)
- Proficient IT skills, including Word, Excel & Outlook
- Previous Water Treatment or Facilities Management experience would be a benefit but not essential as all support and training will be provided
- Excellent telephone manner

**Lab Admin work**
- Maintaining various spreadsheets with data entry
- Liaising with engineers regarding samples and logging queries
- Assisting with the reporting of “out of specification” and “positive legionella” results
- Production, checking & distribution of results certificates

**Contract Support**
- Production of contract renewal lists and to liaise with designated contract managers
- To raise, send and chase renewals quotes
- To set up new and renewed contracts
- To cancel contracts
- To assist with the production of site Logbooks and consulatncy reports

**General administrative duties**
- To assist with handling incoming telephone calls and direct calls accordingly
- To assist with any client requests
- To assist with maintaining client web portals
- To scan documents, and distribute / save accordingly
- To assist with maintaining the company attendance rota
- Provide assistance with other employees IT queries

**Additional Tasks**
- Assisting with any other requests that fall within their capabilities

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

- Beech Court. Wokingham., RG10 0RQ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
