**About us**:
We are a family-run company who support vulnerable adults in the community. We are a well-established company and all our contracts are from Local Authorities.
We are looking for an experienced, highly organised staff member to come and join us as an Administrator.
Part time
9.30am to 2.30pm, Mondays, Tuesday and Thursdays.
We are looking for someone experienced but also with a willingness to learn. The successful applicant will have a positive attitude, will be able to work as efficiently as possible, and will be able to communicate well with vulnerable adults.
**Role overview:

As an Arusha Ltd Administrator you will be
- Organising meetings (Typing and circulating minutes)
- Arranging DBS checks
- Managing staff and service user files both electronic and written
- Preparing and updating all HR and recruitment paperwork both oral, written and electronic
- Typing correspondence, meeting notes, reports, and forms among other documents
- Organising the filing system
- General administration support
- Maintaining stationary and office supplies
- General office duties, eg; printing, filing, data entry
- Keeping on top of the dairying and appointments
- Ability to work independently
- Organisational skills
- Ability to use own initiative
- Strong IT skills using MS office
- Attention to detail
- Professional telephone manner
- Punctual, Proactive and Committed
- Excellent Communication skills
- Experience of Adult Social Care and Mental Health an advantage
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £10.75-£11.75 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week
