Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, and organizing documents
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist in scheduling appointments for surveyors
- Handle incoming calls
- Utilize computerized systems for data management especially using excel

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in computer software including Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities
- Experience with clerical duties in an office setting
- Data entry accuracy and attention to detail

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
