We are looking to recruit a Training Administrator who will be responsible for supporting the organisation’s training and development initiatives, ensuring training records are maintained accurately, and assisting with administrative tasks. This is a fixed-term vacancy to help support the department during a period of maternity leave.

This position will be joining our thriving UK medical device manufacturing company to work within our busy HR & Training Department.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a proactive and can-do attitude, have an eagerness to learn, possess strong communication skills, high levels of attention to detail, and the ability to follow processes effectively. Previous experience in a similar role although would be helpful is not mandatory.

Desirable Experience/Qualifications:

• Qualification or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in HR / Training administration, training coordination, or a related administrative role
• Knowledge and understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training processes
• Experience working in a highly regulated environment

Hours of Work:

• 25 - 30 hours per week
• Monday – Friday preferred
