Administrative Support Officer

We are looking for a skilled Administrative Support Officer (Finance) to join our client's firm in Wokingham. This is a full-time office-based role that involves supporting Financial Advisers with various tasks.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing recommendations, suitability reports, and client records, as well as maintaining accurate and up-to-date files. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless completion of tasks.
- Collect and analyze client information, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.
- Work with the Financial Adviser to discuss clients' objectives, gathering necessary information and compiling financial reports.
- Assist in identifying areas for planning and sourcing solutions that meet clients' needs and objectives.
- Prepare and submit reports, applications, and other relevant documents to the Financial Adviser.
- You may also be involved in administrative tasks such as new business processing, meeting organization, and record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
