Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Administrator to join our HR Team at CitNOW Group.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a range of administrative tasks, including onboarding new hires, HRIS reporting, and overseeing process administration across all functions of the department.

Responsibilities
  • Onboarding new starters by administering the set-up of CitNOW Group DNA induction sessions, distributing invites, and liaising with hosts and attendees.
  • Supporting the set-up of internal training sessions, such as the Associate DNA induction, Tetra Mapping, and other internal learning programmes.
  • Managing the employee variation process end-to-end.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a HR Administrator role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical proficiency with Outlook, MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
