Finance Administrator Position

Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd is seeking a skilled Finance Administrator to join its team in Wokingham. As a key member of the administration department, you will play a vital role in supporting Financial Advisers in delivering exceptional financial advice services.

Job Overview

The role requires an individual who can maintain accurate records, gather data, and prepare reports in line with company policy. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial objectives and recommend suitable solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Support Financial Advisers in preparing recommendations and suitability reports.
  2. Maintain accurate records and provide data to support these reports.
  3. Discuss clients' objectives and identify necessary information for compiling financial reports.
  4. Work with clients to plan solutions to meet their financial needs.
  5. Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of the Financial Planning process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: £26,500 - £31,500 per annum, based on experience.
