**About the function

**Who are we looking for?**
**About the role (External)**:
What does the average day look like?Working with the Industry Liaison Manager and as part of the Station and Depot Access team you’ll administer and co-ordinate Station Access Changes and Station Access Agreements for activities and projects at our Stations. You will be a key point of contact with the Office of Rail and Road, Station teams, and Train Operating Companies working together to make sure that the regulatory processes are completed on time for these matters. This is a specialist area but don’t worry we will give you full training and support as you learn on the job. This role is mainly office based but you will need to be able to meet our customers and visit our stations from time to time. You will be dealing with a number of projects at the same time and will need to effectively monitor these, making sure timescales are met and keeping our customers updated with progress. Also, you will be maintaining a database detailing all projects that are in progress and completed. As part of a wider team, you will sometimes be asked to support other station and depot related tasks. What essential skills and experiences are required?- Inter-personal skills
