You will be a central point of engagement within Santander, embedded within the Command Centre reporting into a Shift Manager to ensure we continue to Support Production processes through Change and Incident Management.

Ensuring Change Governance upheld Emergency Change Scheduling and Approval – inclusive of Attendance to Change Boards Central Communication point with the ability to provide a Live status update Ability to Pause all changes in co-ordination with Incident manager Commander for high profile changes inclusive of joining planning sessions to ensure milestones are being met Embedded into the Command Centre processes for Peace times.
