As the Change Controller you are a directly accountable for the oversight of all approved changes x and take ownership.

You will be a central point of engagement within Santander, embedded within the Command Centre reporting into a Shift Manager to ensure we continue to Support Production processes through Change and Incident Management.

The difference you’ll make

Ensuring Change Governance upheld Emergency Change Scheduling and Approval – inclusive of Attendance to Change Boards Central Communication point with the ability to provide a Live status update Ability to Pause all changes in co-ordination with Incident manager Commander for high profile changes inclusive of joining planning sessions to ensure milestones are being met Embedded into the Command Centre processes for Peace times. (Event Management), inclusive of Implement Maintenance windows

What you’ll bring

Risk Governance experience Capability to work independently with an Analytical approach and dynamic thinking Understanding of Technical and Service Logical flows Capacity to communicate clearly and concisely with Senior Management Ability to take ownership of situations and manage them through to conclusion Agile Fundamentals - including understanding of Cloud technologies and continuous deployment lifecycle

It would also be nice for you to have

Previous Change Management experience A sound operations environment understanding. (Major incident, Event Management and Analytics) ITIL Change Management Previous Banking experience
