We're looking for a Quality Control Engineer to join our client's team in the Buckinghamshire region. As a Quality Control Engineer, you'll play a key role in ensuring that our projects are delivered to the highest standards.

You'll be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality control processes across the site, as well as coordinating and managing site operations to ensure smooth project delivery.

An attractive salary package is available, including an estimated £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. You'll also benefit from a comprehensive benefits package, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conducting regular site inspections and audits to identify potential quality issues.
  • Collaborating with other departments to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes.
  • Providing guidance and support to junior staff members, including training and mentoring.
