About the Position

We are seeking a Change Management Lead to join our team at CityFibre. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the commercial and contracts team, managing contractual changes, and driving standardisation of best practices across a multi-billion construction portfolio.

Your primary focus will be on assessing, implementing, and controlling commercial changes while ensuring efficiency, continuous improvement, and compliance with business requirements. You will also collaborate cross-functionally to provide guidance to teams and contractors on understanding, implementing, and tracking contractual changes.

The successful candidate will have an extensive background in contract/commercial management or quantity surveying, with particular experience in advising and executing contract change or contract drafting. If you have experience managing key stakeholders across all business functions, collaborating effectively across different teams, and are familiar with dispute resolution and negotiation, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the commercial and contracts team, managing contractual changes and driving standardisation of best practices across a multi-billion construction portfolio.
  • Assess, implement, and control commercial changes while ensuring efficiency, continuous improvement, and compliance with business requirements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to provide guidance to teams and contractors on understanding, implementing, and tracking contractual changes.
  • Deliver executive briefings and impact assessments of all contractual changes, advising on budgets, risks, and opportunities.
  • Drive process improvements, best practices, and standardisation across contracting and commercial management.
