**As a Maintenance Co-ordinator you will oversee the running of SSC ensuring all tasks are effectively and efficiently undertaken whilst supporting the Maintenance Manager in their role.**

**Working hours**: 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday (8am - 4pm, OR 9am - 5pm) - flexible working arrangements, may be available, depending upon individual circumstances.

**Contract**: 12 months Fixed Term Contract

**Location**:Milton Keynes, however, we operate a flexible policy which means that you decide what works best for you If that means working from home, then work from home. If you prefer to work in an office then you're welcome to work from the office. **For this particular role, we ask that you be available to visit our Milton Keynes, Store Support Centre for 2 days per week (Tuesday & Wednesday) - this may increase to 3/4 days per week for short periods in the run-up to our peak season.**

**Salary**:_Up to £22,500 (depending upon experience) plus bonus earning potential._**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee minor building works, renovations and refurbishments within the building. Ensuring relevant permissions are in place first along with internal communications. Liaise with the project team, as and when works need to be completed around the office.
- Maintain relationships with wider Witan Gate residents, acting as single-point liaison with landlords.
- Co-ordinate and build a relationship with the cleaning contractor, to ensure the office is always kept clean.
- Timely raising of purchase orders for the construction team & other project managers.
- Manage the Alcumus platform, making sure all information is precise and up to date.

- Works well under pressure
- Excellent administration skills
- Ability to prioritise workload with attention to detail and willingness to complete projects in a timely and efficient manner
- Flexibility to handle changing priorities and projects
