We’re looking for a Programme Co-ordinator to join our Operations Team and support with doing things the Complete Fibre way

**Who you are**
Programme Co-ordinators are pivotal to the successful delivery of products and services to all of our clients, managing the lifecycle of a programme of works, from start to finish.
Each day you will be responsible for ensuring we deliver a high volume and best quality of works on behalf of our clients. At the same time, you will be responsible for supporting key stakeholders across the business to maintain and build strong client relationships and achieving targets.
You will have strong communication skills and able to build rapport with external clients. You will need to be someone who is exceptionally organised, able to prioritise, pro-active and with a can-do attitude.
**What you’ll be doing**:
- With assigned clients, manage the programme of works end-to-end through each process gateway. Being the key point of contact both internally and externally in gathering all the relevant information needed to share across Operational and Account Management teams.
- Keeping full visibility of each job, proactively managing the CRM to keep a steady flow of work and identifying issues to resolve efficiently
- Managing weekly touchpoints with your assigned clients to communicate any outstanding information required, sending over relevant data and effectively dealing with any immediate blockers in a streamlined and organised way
- Connecting weekly with the Commercial Account Manager/Internal Managers to provide a summary of activities for the week including anything outstanding (e.g. missing Asbestos reports)
- Keeping your knowledge portfolio up to date regularly with various information regarding your HA/Telco’s
- Ensuring process flows are adhered to or where agreed as a team, changed and updated accordingly
- Ensuring all documentation required to progress each job is available
- Leading discussions around Work in Progress where consistently required in internal and external meetings
- Ensure all systems and contact information remain up to date
- Support the Scheduler where necessary to arrange/rearrange access as required
- Delivery against agreed targets, managing productivity and driving towards agreed KPIs and SLAs
- Address any rejected/blocked jobs to progress to submission
- Managing any escalations and pro-actively considering efficiencies
- You may be required to support other things outside of your job role, attend offsite meetings and ad-hoc tasks if necessary
**How you’ll be doing it**
- Strong understanding of our business and the service and products we offer
- Ability to build a strong rapport with external customers
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- An analytical approach to providing reports and weekly updates
- Able to manage end-to-end process, looking for ways to create efficiencies
- You will need to be comfortable and confident with challenging where necessary
- Communicating in the most effective way to ensure best results
- Having experience within the Telco industry would be beneficial but not essential, we will train you in everything you need to know
