- Working collaboratively across London Trusts and HEE in order to continue the rollout of LEEP to medical trainees and other healthcare professionals.
- Look to obtain and train more faculty members as part of the LEEP programme via train the trainer sessions, increasing London’s faculty pool for further engagement with colleagues.
- Attendance at key HEE meetings to ensure feedback and insight from Trust colleagues is reported back to HEE in regards to the LEEP programme.
- This role will include co-ordinating senior and junior leadership projects, organising and co-ordinating meetings between trainees and tutors.
- Attendance at key Trust educational forums including educational management meetings, local faculty groups and the junior doctor forum - to champion the rollout of LEEP, gather intelligence on emerging issues in relation to leadership education and training and provide a rapid response channel to the trainees from the organisation.
- Providing mentorship for those undertaking LEEP sessions.
- Act as an intermediate to the junior doctors and HEE/the Trust to gain a real data source of how trainees are being supported during their leadership training.
