Quality Improvement and Innovation Fellow
7 months ago
An opportunity exists for Clinical Fellows to work within NHS England’s Enhancing Junior Doctors’ Working Lives programme focusing on quality improvement and innovation within Supported Return to Training (SuppoRTT). The post holder will be supported by the Associate Dean for SuppoRTT and Local Office lead, and work closely with SuppoRTT fellows and programmes in other NHS England regions and a variety of stakeholders as part of the SuppoRTT programme.
The Clinical Fellow will develop skills required to investigate, design and recommend innovation and improvement within the SuppoRTT programme. This will include exploring, testing and proposing a range of activities and interventions that would improve uptake and engagement, and support doctors returning to training following time out of programme.
The Clinical Fellows will learn research and policy development skills, how to measure performance objectively and how to inspire shared purpose among our stakeholders and patients when proposing and implementing changes. The post will also provide the Clinical Fellow with the opportunity to understand and develop their leadership potential and skills.
This is an exciting opportunity and we are seeking dynamic self-starters, eager to adapt and learn with excellent communication, leadership and management skills.
