Senior Clinical Fellow - Neonatology Department

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Senior Clinical Fellow to join our esteemed team at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with the senior clinical leadership to enhance and uphold the highest standards of clinical practice within our neonatal services. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding the Neonatology team, assessing clinical methodologies, and working alongside various stakeholders to implement long-term initiatives for the neonatal unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and mentor the Neonatology clinical team
  • Ensure adherence to established policies and ethical standards
  • Assess and refine clinical care strategies
  • Engage with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care
  • Partner with external organizations to formulate strategic plans
  • Contribute to the neonatal training program at King's Academy
