Senior Clinical Fellow - Neonatology Services

We are looking for a Senior Clinical Fellow to enhance our team at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with the Head of Nursing to establish and uphold clinical excellence and professional standards within our neonatal care services. Your key responsibilities will encompass leading the Neonatology Nursing team, assessing and refining nursing methodologies, and partnering with essential stakeholders to implement long-term objectives for the neonatal unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Neonatology Nursing team
  • Ensure adherence to established policies and ethical standards
  • Assess and adapt clinical care strategies
  • Engage with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care
  • Collaborate with external entities to formulate strategic initiatives
  • Contribute to the neonatal training program at King's Academy
