**The role**
The Administration Assistant is a newly created role supporting the Smart Technologies division with a variety of administration tasks, specifically focusing on supporting Green Tech. Working closely alongside the Head of Smart Technologies and the Energy Consultant, the role holder will pay a vital role in the smooth operations of both Smart Tech and Green Tech consultancy, projects and installations.
**Your responsibilities as an Administration Assistant will be**:
- Support with the creation of Green Tech proposals.
- Support with and prepare PowerPoint presentations.
- Schedule supplier surveys with Client’s and third-party suppliers.
- Proactively manage the diary and scheduling for the Energy Consultant.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including information required for surveys and report writing.
- Assist with account allocations.
- Support with additional, general administration duties for the Smart Technologies Team as and when required, including supporting Operations and Projects during periods of annual leave and high workload.
- Carry out additional duties in time as the division continues to grow.
**About you**
- Previous administration experience advantageous, preferably within the technology or environmental sector.
- Self-motivation with the ability to identify priorities and manage multiple workloads.
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
- A diligent attitude to work with exceptional attention to detail.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Power Point.
- Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.
- A highly organised and proactive towards your work.
