We have a new opportunity to join us as a Head of Commercial Partnerships, where you will be responsible for the growth of our brand new private concierge service.

This is a hands on leadership role to ensure we deliver growth in line with agreeed targets through creative and strategic business development and world class customer management. This role will see you forming relationships with private hospitals, embassies, brokers and corporates as well as the retention of existing customers and ensuring contract governance and compliance. Day to day you will be working and collaborating with multiple internal teams such as operations, finance, recruitment and clinical.

**Everyday you will...**
- Ensure we have a clear strategy to build and maintain relationships with new clients through proactive communication and regular touch points
- Maintain relationships through proactive communication and regular review cycles, keeping track of all at risk packages and formulating action plans to retain and resolve
- Manage and control budget and costs as appropriate to the role
- Ensure all new business/changes to business is set up/made in line with agreed processes
- Ensure a smooth transition of information both in a bottom-up method to the senior management team and a top-down manner to the staff of the team
