Hi-Tech Property Services are seeking an **Office Administrator** to support our coordinating and scheduling teams who help our trades the deliver our planned, responsive repair contracts to a broad section of clients including Local Authority, Defence Infrastructure, Healthcare and Hospitality sectors.

Your duties will include
- Being the first line contact to direct calls to the correct team members.
- Raising and reviewing purchase orders for the team.
- Booking and co-ordinating administrative tasks like parking payments, ferry bookings, travel logistics etc for our staff.
- Help administer the annual leave calendar for our staff through our systems.
- Assisting with general administrative duties in the office.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A strong desire to get things done.
- Polite and calm telephone manner.
- Able to prioritise and ensure tasks are done efficiently.
- Attention to detail and works accurately.
- Good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
- Experience using Sage Accounting Software is highly desirable.

We use a system at Hi-Tech Property Services called JobLogic to help plan, manage and deliver of work and full training on this system will be provided.

The role is office based and the working hours are 08.00 to 17.00 Monday to Friday.

Salary - £19,800 - £22,000 per annum dependant on experience.
