**An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administration Coordinator to join a innovate, driven and friendly family run technology company based in Kings Lynn.**
**Working Hours**
- 9am - 5pm or part-time, possibly 9:30am - 2.30pm
- Full time or part time hours
**Duties To Include**
- Providing outstanding administrative support and customer service to the management team
- Ensuring jobs are raised and work is scheduled for engineers to meet customer needs
- Maintaining accurate computerised records
- Answering phone calls and responding to messages in a professional manner
- Contribute to providing the best service possible to customers at all times
- General administration to support the day to day running of the office
**Skills Required For The Role**
- A knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Organised, self-motivated and good attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Able to work both in a team and independently in a very busy office environment
- Flexible, adaptable, and self-reliant
- Able to build relationships and rapport with a diverse range of people
**Salary**
Up to £12 per hour, dependent on experience
