Job Summary
The College of West Anglia is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. As an HR Coordinator, you will provide high-quality administrative support in relation to onboarding, absence management, probation, and providing advice and guidance on HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide front-line support to colleagues and external contacts, ensuring that queries are dealt with efficiently.
- Assist with onboarding processes, including new employee induction and orientation.
- Manage absence and leave requests, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support with probation and performance management processes.
- Provide guidance and advice on HR processes and procedures.
Requirements
- Desirable: Level 3 CIPD qualification or equivalent.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
