Administrative Support Professional

About the Role:
The Administration Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the reception area provides a friendly, welcoming and professional image at all times. This will involve coordinating all front desk activities, including answering incoming calls, providing information for callers, redirecting calls or taking accurate messages and ensuring they are passed to the appropriate person in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating all front desk activities, including answering incoming calls, providing information for callers, redirecting calls or taking accurate messages and ensuring they are passed to the appropriate person in a timely manner.
- Assisting the Home Admin Manager with payroll tasks, such as setting up new starters, recording absence and annual leave and processing leavers.
- Supporting the Home Admin Manager with day-to-day admin tasks, ensuring that they are completed with accuracy and efficiency.
- Assisting with enquiry handling, preparing and sending out brochures and responding to and sending emails.
Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience is desirable, as is knowledge of Finance and or HR procedures, however training will be provided for the successful candidate.
- Excellent customer service, communication and IT skills, ideally Microsoft Office, together with an eye for detail.
- Confidence in handling personal and sensitive data and ensuring it is maintained in a confidential manner, at all times.
- Organised, numerate and accurate, with a 'can-do' attitude.
