  • Support the Home Admin Manager with administrative tasks, including payroll, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate front desk activities, handling incoming calls, messages, and inquiries with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assist with maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements:

  • Prior administrative experience, preferably in a care or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to workload and priorities.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality service and exceeding resident expectations.
