About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our Transformation Unit in Kings Lynn. This role will provide high-quality administrative support to the Workforce Information Team, ensuring the accurate collection, collation, and presentation of workforce data.

As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting with the standardization, updating, and cleansing of data within our Electronic Staff Record (ESR) system. You will also utilize ESR to generate and manipulate accurate data reports, meeting weekly and monthly deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have excellent Excel and Word skills, as well as experience in data analysis and manipulation. A strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications is essential, including coding, macros, and formulas.

Main Responsibilities
  • To collect, collate, analyze, and manipulate data to produce statistical reports and analysis using effective Excel and Word skills.
  • To achieve and maintain an in-depth understanding of all functions of the ESR system through on-going self-development.
  • Create, maintain, and document ESR self-service hierarchies.
  • Follow approved policies and procedures to register, update, and remove user access rights to third-party systems.
  • To deliver specialist training on the ESR system – self-service and e-learning access.
Person Specification
  • Maths GCSE grade 4 or above or functional skills equivalent.
  • English GCSE grade 4 or above or functional skills equivalent.
