Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Support Officer to join our Transformation Unit. As an Administrative Support Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the Workforce Information Team in their daily tasks.

Your primary responsibilities will include collecting, collating, and presenting workforce data, as well as assisting with the standardization, updating, and cleansing of data within the Electronic Staff Record (ESR) system.

Key Responsibilities
  1. To collect, collate, analyze, and manipulate data to produce statistical reports and analysis using effective Excel and Word skills.

  2. To assist with the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records within the ESR system.

  3. Provide customer service support to staff members regarding ESR-related queries and issues.

  4. To deliver specialist training on the ESR system – self-service and e-learning access.

Requirements
  • Maths GCSE grade 4 or above or functional skills equivalent.
  • English GCSE grade 4 or above or functional skills equivalent.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment. The salary for this role is estimated to be around £12,514 per annum pro rata.
