About the Job

The Transformation Unit at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn NHS Foundation Trust requires a Transfer Team Assistant to support the site management team. Your primary focus will be on facilitating patient transfers around the Trust under the direction of the Clinical Site Manager.

This position demands effective communication, tact, empathy, and integrity. You will interact with various stakeholders, including patients, colleagues, and external agencies.

To succeed in this role, you must be highly organised, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to adapt to pressure situations.
