Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be expected to handle all aspects of conveyancing transactions with accuracy and efficiency, provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders, maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, and work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve business objectives.

We offer an attractive benefits package including a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum. The role involves handling Registered and Unregistered Property Transfers, Freehold, Leasehold, New Build, and Shared Ownership Transactions, Re-mortgages, Transfers of Equity, and Help to Buy Schemes, Land Registry Applications, and other tasks related to property law.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure, and a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
