Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Description:

A high-calibre candidate is required to provide exceptional 1st line support to external business users, utilising their analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve user problems efficiently. General administration duties will also be involved.

This hybrid role entails working up to 4 days per week on-site in Norfolk, with a competitive salary of £14 per hour.

Responsibilities:
  1. Administrative Support: Providing administrative support to the back office and bespoke systems as required.
  2. Customer Service: Maintaining a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhering to Service Level Agreements.
  3. Technical Support: Providing 1st and 2nd Line Support - logging incidents into the service desk system and managing tickets triaged from front-line support.

Estimated Salary: £28,800 per annum (based on 37 hours/week).
