Job Summary: Independent Living Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Independent Living Support Specialist to join our team in Kings Lynn. As an Independent Living Support Specialist, you will work closely with a young adult with Autism and ADHD to develop and implement personalized support plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with independence at home and in the community.
  • Support with learning living skills, such as budgeting, nutrition, and social skills.

Requirements:

  • Caring and compassionate individual.
  • Empathetic and understanding of transgender issues.
  • Car owner with clean driving license and appropriate business insurance.

Salary: £13 per hour (based on 15 hours per week) is competitive and reflects the importance of this role.

Benefits:
