Job Title: Community Living Assistant

Fitzroy Support is seeking a motivated and compassionate Community Living Assistant to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to support adults with learning disabilities, Autism, Mental health, and complex trauma in their daily lives.

About Fitzroy Support:
We specialise in providing specialist support services to adults with complex needs, enabling them to live fulfilling lives in their communities. Our team is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support that meets the unique needs of each individual.

Key Responsibilities:
This role involves working closely with adults to support them in achieving their goals and aspirations. This may include assisting with daily living tasks, providing emotional support, and promoting independence and self-advocacy. We estimate the salary for this role to be around £24,000-£29,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the needs of adults with learning disabilities, Autism, Mental health, and complex trauma. You will also require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
