About the Job

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our Supported Living Services in Kings Lynn.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing teams, leading day-to-day operations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Main Duties:

  • Oversee the daily operational management of the home, ensuring effective use of resources.
  • Supervise staff regularly, in accordance with CareTech's policy.
  • Work closely with the Service Development Team to ensure smooth transitions for new residents.
  • Develop and maintain dynamic support plans, involving service users and their families.
  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment, promoting personal growth and development.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.
  • Support Senior Managers in contract monitoring, providing reports and management information.
  • Recruit and select staff, assisting Area Managers in staffing strategies and policies.
