About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Operations Support Coordinator to join our team at Energy Report, a dynamic company providing sustainability and energy consultancy solutions.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaising with clients, contractors, and surveyors to ensure seamless communication and project progression.
  • Managing administration processes, including record keeping, correspondence, and invoicing, to maintain efficient operations.
  • Processing fee quotations and dealing with telephone calls and email correspondence to provide excellent customer service.
  • Coordinating Engineers' diaries to optimize project timelines and deadlines.
