We are seeking a part-time and full-time Care Support Specialist to support our clients at home in Kings Lynn and surrounding areas.

The ideal candidate will have a kind heart, be a people person, and enjoy making a difference in people's lives. No experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure our carers are equipped to make a genuine impact.

This role involves assisting with personal care, including continence support, washing and dressing, managing medications, cooking or preparing hot meals, and helping with domestic tasks.

You will also be responsible for providing companionship, reassurance, and joy to the lives of those you care for.

Cera makes caring easier with Cera Tech, our innovative technology that streamlines administrative tasks, enhances outcomes, and allows you to focus on what matters most – caring for our clients.

We offer a competitive salary of £17.25 per hour (£23 Christmas & New Year), plus benefits including:
