We are a dynamic and growing company based in Kings Lynn, Norfolk. We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist at Latcom plc, you will be the first point of contact for all IT enquiries and will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Job Title: IT Support Specialist
Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
Location: Kings Lynn, Norfolk

Job Description

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as basic IT knowledge. You will work closely with our team to provide technical support and resolve issues efficiently.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and email.
  • Keep the ticketing system up to date and chase resolvers and end users for updates on their tickets.
  • Field/assign tickets to the wider team, allocating according to skill set.
  • Support the investigation and resolution of requests and incidents.
  • Set up mobile phones and standardised applications for designated users.

We offer a comprehensive training programme, so prior experience is not essential. If you have a genuine interest in IT and excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.
