We are looking for a highly organised and efficient Administrative Support Officer - Workforce Information to join our team at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn NHS Foundation Trust. As part of our Workforce Information Team, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support in the collection, collation, and presentation of workforce data.

Your key responsibilities will include collecting, collating, analysing, and manipulating data to produce statistical reports and analysis, as well as assisting with the standardisation, updating, and cleansing of data within our Electronic Staff Record (ESR) system.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in data analysis and administration.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including annual leave, pension scheme, and access to training and development opportunities.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • GCSE grade 4 or above in Maths and English, or functional skills equivalent
  • Excellent Excel and Word skills
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
