We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join our team at Service Service Employment Agency Limited. This role involves working closely with clients and colleagues to deliver exceptional results.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in an IFA administration role or a related field. They should possess sound technical knowledge of pensions, investments, protection, mortgages, and equity release products.

Job Description- Prepare comprehensive meeting packs for client meetings, including new business and annual reviews.
- Analyse and maintain accurate records of existing products, ensuring up-to-date information is available at all times.
- Manage follow-up tasks efficiently using Intelligent Office, tracking progress and recording outcomes accurately.
- Previous experience in an IFA administration role or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Financial Services teams, FCA rules, and compliance requirements.
- A competitive salary range of £21,000 to £27,500 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.
- 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.
- An annual vote on closing the office between Christmas and New Year.
